How to Join
- Spend RM100 in a single or combined receipts at participating outlets in Kompleks Karamunsing.
- Every RM100 = 1 entry (RM200 = 2 entries, RM300 = 3 entries, and so on).
- Double entries on 13, 14, 15 & 16 Sept 2025 (launch weekend) - Your entries will be automatically doubled during this period!
- Submit receipts at the Redemption Counter or upload via QR code on the same day of purchase.
Eligibility Requirements
- Open to shoppers aged 18 and above.
- Only original valid receipts accepted.
- Excludes: AEON receipts, reloads, top-ups, and manual handwritten receipts.
- Receipts must be from participating outlets in Kompleks Karamunsing only.
- Employees of Kompleks Karamunsing and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Lucky Draw Details
- Campaign Closing Date: 14 Mar 2026 @ 12:00 noon
- Participants must be present or send a representative to accept the prize during the announcement.

- The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently in a public ceremony.
- Management's decision on all matters relating to the lucky draw is final.

Important Claim Requirements
- Winners must bring the original IC used for registration when redeeming their prize.
- Redemption must be done personally by the winner within 7 days from the announcement date.
- Keep your digital lucky draw ticket until the closing date.
- Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Car Winner: Winner is responsible for costs such as insurance, road tax, and registration fees (if any).
General Terms
- Management reserves the right to verify receipts and disqualify invalid entries.
- By participating, you agree to the use of your name and photo for promotional purposes.
- Personal information collected will be used solely for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
- Organizer reserves the right to substitute prizes, amend, or cancel the campaign if necessary.
- Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
